Si Tatay pinanganak sa Tondo, Manila noong Augosto 19 1929. His father was the late Vicente Tagle and his mother was the late Michaela Nolasco. Pang apat sa labinganin na magkakapatid. He grew up in Tondo Manila. Married to Zenaida Javier Quiogue. "Que sera sera what will be will be" is his lifestyle. We have a lot of fond memories about him for being so carefree. Si tatay masayahing tao hindi marunong magalit. Mahilig sa sugal at sa inom in the latter years of his life. He loves cockfigthing and horseback racing. During his heyday He got a couple of good racing horses; like Quick 1 and Zero Defect to name a few. Mahilig din magalaga ng hayop. He passed away at the age of 64 on September 27 1993. He died of emphysema from too much smoking.

Nanay pinanganak sa Pasig noong Marso 31 1926. Her father was the late Antonio Quiogue and her mother was the late Maria Javier. Panglima sa pitong magka kapatid. She grew up in Pasig, Rizal. Married to Raul Nolasco Tagle, They have 7 siblings. A grand mother for 20 apo & great grandmother for 7 apo sa tuhod and counting. She now live with her daugther in San Leandro California. Mahilig sa halaman na gaya ng orchids at roses. The countryside is her favorite place dahil sa mga tanim halaman doon. Sa bundok ng Baras at Tanay where she enjoy walking. People who knew her well, alam nila walang masamang damo sa kanya. Todo pasa lang kasi siya.
